Excellent staff and a great manager.

I do not have 0 stars or negative option which I want to give . I visited this place many times i always liked it. I am not sure if there were new stylists and I dont remember name which starts with "P" . My god I never want to visit again. I want to literally hide my face for next 3 months for the mistake to going here . No focus and no concentration . I feel they need to understand customer rather than blindly listen to the numbers of the clip size. Customer may be wrong in explanation or even i may have been wrong am not sure .But stylist need to clarify rather than blindly following instructions. I think stylist is more experienced than customer. I am done
